About the Position
Our client is now looking for an experienced hardware engineer with an interest in electronics who will work with testing and troubleshooting both software and electronics. In this role, you will be a key person in the development of advanced technical solutions and have the opportunity to work closely with both hardware and software. You will participate in the development of automated tests and simulation models to ensure that quality requirements are met at the highest level.

Responsibilities
• Work with testing and troubleshooting of software and electronics in close collaboration with hardware • Develop and implement automated tests to ensure system quality and performance • Work with simulation models and evaluate test results • Review and create documentation of test results, as well as follow up on areas for improvement • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that all requirements and specifications are met • Contribute to the development of testing strategies and methodologies • Manage and communicate with customers to ensure that requirements and expectations are met

Your Profile
To fit this role, we are looking for someone with a strong interest in electronics, measurement technology, and/or mechanics. You are a communicative and meticulous person who thrives in a work environment where collaboration and problem-solving are central. We are looking for someone with experience in test development and troubleshooting who wants to be part of a development-oriented team.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in testing and troubleshooting software and electronics
• Experience working closely with hardware and electronic systems
• Experience developing automated tests and simulation models
• Ability to create and manage documentation of test results and requirements
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Technical education, such as a master's or bachelor's degree in electronics or equivalent

Preferred:
• Experience working with electrical systems and electronic circuits
• Knowledge of testing tools and programming for automation
• Experience from the defense industry
